What is the simplest way to lock down call centre agent PCs?
Run XPC on the existing Windows agent PCs. Each machine presents a branded screen with the published agent desktop, so a hot-desked agent gets the same environment at any seat. Because Windows remains underneath, headsets, USB devices and the native Citrix or RDP client with its real-time media components continue to work as they do today.

Log in to the XPC Cloud Portal, install the MSI, enable XPC Mode.
Shift changes without endpoint friction
A contact centre floor is shared. XPC makes each seat identical: power on, sign in, work. The agent never sees a Windows desktop, so nothing personal accumulates on a shared machine and nothing an agent changed yesterday affects whoever sits there today.
Voice quality stays where you tuned it
XPC does not sit between the remote client and the audio stack. The native client and any vendor real-time optimisation components installed on the Windows PC keep running, so headset behaviour and call quality are unchanged by adopting XPC.

Will our headsets and soft-phone still work?
Yes. Windows keeps running underneath XPC, so USB headsets use their normal Windows drivers and the native remote client handles audio exactly as it does today.
Can supervisors have a full desktop?
Yes. XPC Mode is per PC, so supervisor and back-office machines can stay as standard Windows desktops.
Does XPC replace our workforce or telephony platform?
No. XPC only controls what the endpoint presents. Telephony, workforce management and the remote desktop platform are unchanged.
