Why the price is defensible
You are buying the migration you never have to run
Comparable endpoint-conversion products are substantially more expensive because they provide an operating system and a complete management environment. One current US reseller lists an enterprise IGEL subscription renewal at US$133.99 per endpoint annually — roughly $11.17 per month — even at 5,000–9,999 endpoint volume.
UniconOS may be included in qualifying Citrix subscriptions, so XPC does not rest its case on licence-price comparisons. Its case is the avoidance of migration and operational cost:
