Managed service providers
A repeatable endpoint offer you can put your own name on.
XPC gives MSPs a standard way to deliver focused endpoints across many customers — branded per customer, configured centrally, and priced for volume through an MSP Grade tenant.
The short answer
How can an MSP standardise customer endpoints without replacing Windows?
An MSP deploys XPC to customer Windows PCs through its existing RMM, then configures each customer's branded screen and published sessions in the XPC Cloud Portal. The customer estate stays on Windows, so the MSP's RMM, patching and security stack keeps working across every device, and the MSP gains a consistent, low-ticket endpoint experience it can sell as its own.

Steps to deploy
Log in to the XPC Cloud Portal, install the MSI, enable XPC Mode.
Deploy the way you already deploy
XPC ships as a standard MSI. Push it with the RMM you already use, then enable XPC Mode per device from the portal. No imaging, no site visit, no new deployment mechanism.
Fewer tickets is the product
The endpoint tickets that consume MSP margin — stray software, changed settings, users in places they should not be — largely come from exposing a desktop. Removing it removes the category, which changes the economics of a managed desktop contract.
- Standard MSI, deployed via your RMM
- Per-customer branding and published sessions
- Windows remains, so your stack still applies
- Reversible per device from the portal
MSP Grade tenant
MSPs can upgrade to an MSP Grade tenant for discounted volume pricing across all managed customers. Details are on the pricing page.
At the desk
What the user actually sees.
- The end customer's brand, not yours and not ours
- Only the sessions that customer publishes
- A consistent experience across every customer site
- A clean endpoint state after every sign-out

Deploy through your RMM, brand per customer, and keep the Windows estate — and your existing tooling — intact.
Questions we are asked
Straight answers.
Can each customer have their own branding?
Yes. Branding and published sessions are configured per tenant, so every customer sees their own identity on the screen.
How is MSP pricing structured?
Standard pricing is per PC per month, with volume tiers and an MSP Grade tenant for discounted rates across managed customers. See the pricing page for current figures.
Does XPC interfere with our RMM or security tooling?
No. Windows continues to run with your agents in place; XPC changes the user-facing shell only.
